Location: A few blocks away from AUVA.
Number of Levels: Four stories (from street level to roof).
Number of Bedrooms: Eight
Number of Bathrooms: Three
Number of Occupants: Six
Number of Pets/Type: A cat named Theo & a chameleon named Pascal.
Special Features: Winry's Automail Shop/Work space has been built into the house's street level foundation. The roof has been opened and converted into an observatory and alchemy lab. On the whole the house has been altered using alchemy in order to make it bigger (this was done over the period of a few months as more people arrived from Ed and Al's home world).
